Some very real birthing nurses have told me that if a patient is too toned, her baby cannot properly flip upside down into the birth position. This, apart from being nature’s way of complimenting you on your hot abs, can be a potentially life-threatening situation. If Dr. “Ethics” paid attention in med school, she’ll realize that a C-section is the only option for you.
